not actively engaged in listing and selling real estate.

Real estate agents generally either
go "Inactive" or place their license with a local broker in order to keep the license status active.
The problem with that is most brokers, over and above an annual fee, add on miscellaneous charges before
they calculate the agents share, or offer such a low percentage split, that it doesn‘t even seem to be worth it.
All you need is a valid real estate license. Licensed
Individuals pay an annual membership fee to keep their licenses active and share in valuable commissions.

When a friend, relative or
someone you know (even yourself ) wants to buy or sell real estate, talk to them... and ask them if they will allow you
to refer them to a full-service " Professional " agent and tell them that you will be receiving a
referral fee. Unless they have already decided on an agent, they will be glad to let you refer them. The Value of a Professional Agent
Most important value is that you can offer the
Buyer/Seller a professional full time real estate agent who has a wide variety of services available and is knowledgeable
about current market activity. Professional Agents work hard with your referral because they receive direct contact to the Buyer
or Seller and they know that they have been been pre-qualified to be serious. Furthermore, they know
that they have someone to answer to and want to continue to be a recipient of more referrals. |

out the Independent Contractors Agreement, Select the program you wish to enroll into, sign it and mail the
